Combine corn flour with water and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder with three tablespoons of sugar. It should be cooked until the sugar dissolves. Cook the chenna balls and chopped dry fruits for 4-5 minutes over a medium flame so that they absorb the milk and get flavoured. Once it reaches room temperature, turn off the flame and let it cool. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least two to three hours. Garnish the chilled dish with saffron strands or rose petals.

Gajar Ka Halwa

Ghee (clarified butter) and sugar are added after the carrots are fried in ghee (clarified butter) and sugar, and the dish is topped with dried fruits. “Gajar Ka Halwa” is the king of all the Indian Sweets as it is everyone’s favourite.

Gulab Jamun
